By commissioning me, you are stating that you have read and agreed to these terms.
TL;DR
Full payment expected within 10 days of invoice unless otherwise discussed.
Paypal and USD only.
Commissioner may re-upload the image with credits given to myself in the form of an @ if reposted on Twitter (@SeafoamSol for SFW, @VitrificVitriol for NSFW), or a link to my Twitter account if reposted outside of Twitter.
Artwork cannot be claimed as your own, and nor can it be majorly edited. Commercial usage is prohibited unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon. Usage of AI involving my work is strictly forbidden.
Refunds are given based on how much work has been done.
I reserve the right to refuse my services to a client for any reason.
In your commission inquiry/form, please include the phrase “Brine Pool” so I know you have read the TOS.
IMAGE COPYRIGHT
I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only.Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon.Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my twitter page, @SeafoamSol) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.Claiming the artwork as your own.

Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference AND/OR a detailed description supplemented by visuals. Clear visual references with key information I may need to know to correctly draw the character helps a lot.If your character is very complicated, there may be some simplification of details.WILL/WON'T DRAW
Below is a general guideline for what I will or will not draw. Keep in mind my art style and preferences before commissioning me; commissioning me with topics I am unfamiliar with will yield lower quality artworks versus topics I am comfortable with.Allowed Content: Gore, Light mecha, Tactical Gear/Weaponry, Monsters, Artistic nudity/Pinups, Complicated DesignsDisallowed Content: Characters intended to be or appearing underage in any sexual or suggestive context, Hateful contentYou must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18.payment date exceptions
At times I will be extremely slow with your commission due to health factors. In this case, I will not invoice you until I feel the hurdle has passed and I will be able to complete it in a timely fashion after the payment. Thank you for your understanding.
Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission when I have made progress, the amount refunded will be based on the work completed and up to my discretion.No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.Pricing

I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the character(s) you provide. I am happy to match a scene, pose, or mood that you have envisioned, but please allow and expect some variation. Character personality descriptions help as well in deciding general direction of piece if I am allowed that level of control.If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the client.Completion time of most commissions are variable. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission, I will issue a full refund.Works in Progress (WIPS)
Most commission types include a sketch approval stage. I will send any WIPs to the commissioner via their preferred contact. Progress will be put on hold until the WIP is appraised and confirmed.Revisions and edits
If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, composition, and redrawing parts of the image.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional major edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.MISC
