SD/Chibi designs get a 15% off discount on 2D work.Additional designs, props, and characters can result in an extra charge. This is variable, based off of how complex or how much is visible, starting at +25%.Basic backgrounds such as flats, gradients, basic floors and walls, are free. SKETCH

Quick, gestural. A6 sized.

CLEAN

Prices are extremely variable! You will need to come to me for a quote, and have a clear idea as to what you're looking for. You should be able to answer these at the very least:

Please have either a clean turnaround, or a hefty folder of references ready. If I have to draw my own turnaround/reference to understand the model, I will include that in the price.

These are currently extremely experimental.I've done characters, replacement face sculpts, scale accessories, keychains, and desktop buddies.I like to make miniatures (between 4-70mm), so please keep that in mind. Larger statues, human-scale props, etc, may be rejected. Dimensional props can be done, given solid numbers. In addition, the models I make are high-poly, and are intended for use in printing. These are not game-ready, optimised, nor are they rigged in any way.I work in Zbrush and Solidworks, but unless specified and needed, you will receive an unsupported, solid .STL file. I can split the model into parts to make it easier for printing and painting for an additional fee.A simple base can be designed at no additional cost.If you would like me to print and paint your model, please know it will be a minimum +30USD charge. Shipping can range from anywhere between 6-20USD, not accounting for tariffs.

I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights to the original artwork. The client may not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use.All commissioned artwork is for noncommercial purpose only.Redistribution of my artwork for use in printed merchandise or as promotion of goods, services or social media pages is prohibited unless otherwise agreed upon.Conditions for Reposting
The client has my permission to repost the artwork wherever they would like, as long as proper credit is given (a link back to my Bluesky or Tumblr page, @SeafoamSol for SFW, @VitrificVitriol for NSFW) and my watermark/signature remains intact and unaltered.Prohibited Actions
Altering my artwork in any way without asking for permission before hand, with the exception of cropping/resizing the image for an icon or other use.Use my artwork as references for your own, whether tracing or re-purposing parts of the image.Claiming the artwork as your own.
If these terms are broken, I will blacklist you from contacting me in future.usage of ai to alter the artwork is forbidden, as well as using the artwork to train ai.CONTACT AND COMMUNICATION

Client must provide at least one clear and concise visual reference AND/OR a detailed description supplemented by visuals. Clear visual references with key information I may need to know to correctly draw the character helps a lot.If your character is very complicated, there may be some simplification of details.NSFW WORK
You must be over the age of 18 to commission adult content. By ordering anything 18+/NSFW you are agreeing that you are at or above the age of 18. Mind that gore and sensitive topics are still considered not-safe-for-work.payment date exceptions
At times I will be extremely slow with your commission due to health factors. In this case, I will not invoice you until I feel the hurdle has passed and I will be able to complete it in a timely fashion after the payment. Thank you for your understanding.

Refund Policy
If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.If the client cancels the commission when I have made progress, the amount refunded will be based on the work completed and up to my discretion.No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.I reserve the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.
If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.Pricing
Rates are subject to change without notice, but will not apply retroactively. Invoices sent before the change will not be updated.WORKFLOW PROCESS
I work best when given some artistic freedom to create an image based on the character(s) you provide. I am happy to match a scene, pose, or mood that you have envisioned, but please allow and expect some variation. Character personality descriptions help as well in deciding general direction of piece if I am allowed that level of control.If there are any delays in completion of a commission, I will personally notify the client.Completion time of most commissions are variable. If for any reason I cannot complete a commission, I will issue a full refund.Works in Progress (WIPS)
Most commission types include a sketch approval stage. I will send any WIPs to the commissioner via their preferred contact. Progress will be put on hold until the WIP is appraised and confirmed.Revisions and edits
If the commission type includes a sketch approval stage, any major changes or revisions must be made at this stage; this includes any significant changes to a character’s pose, composition, and redrawing parts of the image.After the sketch has been approved, no major edits or changes will be made. If the commissioner requests additional major edits after the approved sketch, a price for the edits may be discussed.If I, the artist, make any errors in the character design, accessories, or any other visual elements specified in the provided visual references, I will make these edits at no additional cost.MISC
If you do not want me to post your commission online, you must tell me at some point before I finish.
